Reinforcement wire
Cold-drawn ribbed reinforcement wire ⌀ 2.0–6.0 mm
Cold-drawn · ribbed · for reinforced concrete
Cold-drawn ribbed reinforcement wire is used for the reinforcement of reinforced-concrete structures of normal stress, primarily in the production of welded reinforcement mesh and in precast and ready-mix concrete projects. The ribbed surface improves bond with the surrounding concrete; the cold-drawing process gives the wire its strength.
